Our ideal project is one that allows us to begin the creative process at concept phase, working closely with the designer and client to understand their specific tastes and needs. We then are entrusted with managing the details of production and seeing it through to final installation.
Throughout this process, we make it a priority to communicate clearly with clients and vendors and we strive to provide the highest level of customer service.
Professional Consultation
Our consultations include a discussion of the soft furnishing products you need. If those include window treatments, we’ll specifically discuss light control, insulation, and privacy.
We will take measurements of your project and provide assistance with fabric selection in relation to other items in your room. Where necessary, we can provide computer-aided-design renderings to help you visualize your new treatments in the space.
To the Trade
Some interior designers prefer that we work directly with their clients handling the window treatment portion of the project. To make the designer’s life easier, we typically oversee the window treatment portion of the project from measurement thru installation.
Other designers prefer that we produce their custom designs, working as their private atelier workroom.
We keep an extensive library of resources and have the latest in drapery hardware, products, and trim.
