Our Process

  • Inquire

    To submit a project inquiry, please complete our contact form. We will respond promptly to set up a phone call and/or site visit. From there, we’ll be able to provide an estimate for your project.

  • Active Project

    After you have received the estimate and made the decision to hire us, we will require a signed agreement and deposit to begin planning the details of your project. We will work with both interior designer and homeowner, if applicable, to ensure all details, needs, and preferences are met.

  • Fabrication

    Our workroom will begin creating your soft furnishing product and we will place any necessary orders with our trusted suppliers. Throughout this process, we will notify you of any changes and provide updates as they become available.

  • Installation

    Once production is complete, we will contact you to set up the installation. It is our goal to ensure that each window treatment is carefully hung and that all soft furnishings such as pillows and cushions are a perfect fit. Project balance is collected at this time. We look forward to serving you!
