Our Process

Inquire
To submit a project inquiry, please complete our contact form. We will respond promptly to set up a phone call and/or site visit. From there, we’ll be able to provide an estimate for your soft furnishings or hard window treatment project.

Active Project
After you have received the estimate and made the decision to hire us, we will require a signed agreement and deposit to begin planning the details of your project, including the ordering of any blinds, shades, etc. We will work with both interior designer and homeowner, if applicable, to ensure all details, needs, and preferences are met.

Fabrication & Curation
Our workroom will begin creating any soft furnishing products and we will place any necessary hard window treatment orders with our trusted vendors. Throughout this process, we will notify you of any changes and provide updates as they become available.

Installation
Once production is complete and all necessary products have arrived, we will contact you to set up the installation. It is our goal to ensure that each window treatment is carefully installed and that all soft furnishings are a perfect fit. The remaining project balance is collected at this time. We look forward to serving you!
